This year Kingsford School is aiming to achieve a bronze level in the PSQM award. The Primary Science Quality Mark is an award scheme to enable primary schools across the UK to evaluate, strengthen and celebrate science in their school. All staff have been working hard to make sure super, fun and interesting science lesson happen in Kingsford and all pupils work hard to carry out science investigations. Recently pupils in Room 1 have been investigating materials to find out what would be suitable for the Three Little Pig’s to build their den out of, Room 8 pupils have been learning about the water cycle, and Room 9 have been learning about their bodies and enjoying a healthy diet.

The pupils at Kingsford really enjoy science so fingers crossed a bronze PSQM award will be on its way to Kingsford!
