Kingsford V Kingswells – Basketball Cup Match

The gym hall was full of action on Thursday night whilst Kingsford played Kingswells in a cup match!

Kingsford took the lead in the first quarter but Kingswell quickly caught up during the second quarter. Kingsford had to work hard to close the gap starting the third quarter with a difference of five points between the two teams. Going into the final quarter the gap had narrowed to only a three point difference to Kingswell. In the end, the match finished 28-29 to Kingswells.

Both teams worked incredibly hard and were full of energy and enthusiasm but perhaps mostly importantly everyone involved demonstrated good sportsmanship. All of the players should be really proud of their performance.
