Starting in the Senior End

All the children in P4 have settled into life at the senior end of school very well.  Routines are being established – like these two who, along with the rest of the class, have been practicing the 3 and 5 times tables first thing in the morning while Mr Roach takes the register and ensures everyone has their lunch organised.

The first homework of the year has been set, as it always will be on Mondays, and home readers were issued last Friday by the very efficient Mrs Buchanan.  Mrs Taylor was delighted by how quick the class were getting changed for PE and noted how easy it was to return missing clothes as EVERYTHING was named.

A lot has already been achieved and a good foundation laid for the year ahead which looks like it’s going to be fantastic!
