Literacy

In class, we’ve been doing lots of VCOP work. Mostly looking at Openers recently.  Sometimes we also do free writing which means we get to write about whatever we like (as long as it makes sense).  Our teacher then gives us two stars and a wish which means that she gives us two compliments and one area to focus on for improvement.

We recently looked at sentence openers which really helped a lot of people with literacy in general.  We have also written a character description based on our understanding of the BBC radio programme Private Peaceful. We love listening to it 🙂
