What Makes Me Happy? – P4, R14

As part of our Bounce Back lesson, Room 14s first circle time went so well! The children were all respectful, taking turns, respecting opinions and confidentiality.  Our session was on gender stereotypes – we discussed a few questions like: what are the stereotypes about boys and girls? what are “boy” toys and “girl “toys? After a really mature discussion they shared what makes them happy. There were no surprises that what made many of the girls and boys happy had little to do with their gender….
