P6-7 Wanderers Rugby Lessons

Primary 6 and 7 classes have been put through their paces with Wanderers Rugby Club. The children have learning the basics of touch rugby through 1V1 and 2V2 games. The coaches from Wanderers Rugby Club, who are based beside Hazlehead Park, have encouraged pupils to look for “spaces not faces” to avoid being tackled and to drive forward when they have possession of the ball. A strong emphasis has been on developing a team spirit and good sportsmanship!
