P4 Mental Math

Three mornings a week, the two P4 classes mix up and learn for two weeks with Mrs Zem or Mr Roach, then swap teachers and classes. These 30 minute mental maths CLIC sessions are fun, fast and furious!  We do lots of fun competitions and the children often come to the whiteboard to mark the work, or explain how they work out a problem. Last week our focus was on odds and evens. Mrs Muldoon was rating the competitors – just like Strictly!!  They only got a 10 if all the answers were correct!
