Sports Day 2019

Kingsford’s 14 ‘Pupil Participation Groups & Sports Countries’ had an action packed morning today as they completed 12 stations: Football dribbling, Hurdles, Hockey dribbling, Running, Cricket bowling, Fast Feet Ladders, Football shooting, Running, Bat & Ball Balance, Tyre Roll, Beanbag Toss & Rugby Tackle Bags. Thankfully, there were two rest stations for pupils to keep hydrated and re-fuel! Thank you very much to those who generously donated the fruit juices and snacks. It was very kind and much enjoyed by our pupils.

Thank you also goes to Aberdeenshire Cricket Club and Wanderers Rugby Club for manning two of our stations today! Thank you to all the volunteers who helped today: Alex, Stephanie, Mrs McKennzie & Mrs McConnachie!

Unfortunately, it didn’t stay dry enough for our races in the afternoon. We are hoping to fit these in sometime this week.
